Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we agree the date, time, addresses and services with you by phone or WhatsApp. Please tell us about any access restrictions, floor levels or parking limits in advance.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the volume of goods, access or services change on the day, the price may change. We will tell you before any extra work begins.
Customer responsibilities
Please keep cash, jewellery, important documents and medicines with you. Empty and defrost refrigerators and disconnect appliances before moving day unless agreed otherwise.
Items we cannot move
We do not transport illegal goods, flammable or explosive materials, gas cylinders that are not empty, or perishable food unless agreed in advance.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can reschedule our vehicles and crew.
